If a man has an erection and desired his wife and entered it between the thighs of her daughter it does not make her mother haram for him as long as the erection is not extended through that (i.e. has an extra pleasure) as mentioned in Al-Tab'een, this is for the case that the man is young and able to have intercourse, and if he is an old man or an impotent then the criteria of sexual desire is that his heart is moved with desire of having sex if it had not moved before and its desire increases if it was moved before, as mentioned in Al-Muhit.
