Reflection Of Vagina

Al-Nadham:

The criteria for seeing the vagina (that make it haram for a man to become that woman's son-in-law/stepfather) is only seeing inside of the vagina as in it has been mentioned in Al Hidayah and that is also the Fatwa in Al Zahiriyya and Jawahir Al Akhlati, they have said: If a man looks at the vagina of a woman while she is standing it does not make it haram for him to become her son-in-law/stepfather, it would count though if his eyes fall into the inside of the vagina when she is sitting in a leaning position as it has been mentioned in the Fatawa of Qadhi Khan.

If he looks at the vagina of a woman with lust from behind a transparent curtain or a glass detecting her vagina that would make it haram for him to become her son-in-law/stepfather. 

And if he looks at the mirror and sees the vagina of a woman and his looking is with lust, it does not make her mother or her daughter haram for him, because he didn't see her vagina, he saw rather an image of her vagina.

And if the woman was at the shore of a pool or on an arch and the man looked at the water and saw (the reflection of) her vagina with lust, it also does not make it haram (to become her son-in-law/stepfather) as it has been mentioned in Fatawa of Qadhi Khan.
